A Passion for Travel

 

 

“Discover your passion in life, and do it for a living”.   

 

 Those wise words of my husband, Gayle, went unheeded for too many years!    After 12+ years working in human services, I needed a change of pace and direction; and decided to follow my passion:  Travel.    

 

My love of travel began with a family road trip to see Mt Rushmore and the Black Hills when I was 10 years old.  Since then, I’ve been “addicted” to travel: and in 1992 when I needed a career change, I knew my passion.  I'm beginning my 26st year as a Travel Consultant in Southwest Michigan.

 

During my lifetime, I’ve been blessed to be able to sail on 90+ cruises, visit over 70 countries and all 50 states.  While I  LOVE  to travel, I also LOVE toshare the excitement and experience of travel with other people.   I’m thrilled when I can plan a cruise or tour for new travelers, but I’m just as excited when I’m helping a seasoned traveler plan the “trip of a lifetime.” 

 

In 2006, I became affiliated with Cruise Planners, an award-winning national travel agency with a tremendous reputation for quality, service and competitive pricing. While I specialize in working with cruise or tour groups, I also enjoy planning vacations for couples and families.  Apple Vacations, Funjet and Travel Impressions are just a few of the Tour Companies that I work with; in addition to all the major Cruise Lines.
